Personal Budgeting Assistance Program
- This program is a collaborative effort with AARP and Pima Council on Aging to provide personal budgeting assistance to elderly low income individuals.
- Volunteers provide assistance with sorting and organizing bills for payment, balancing the client's checkbook, setting-up a monthly budget, and writing clients checks from the client's designated account.
- Volunteers are required to complete a training program.
- Referrals come from banks and businesses in Green Valley.
